My name is Heike Triplett.

I joined Bayway Mortgage Group in March of 2020 as a SR Mortgage Broker. My Primary Book of Business consists of residential lending for Single Family Homes as well as Manufactured Housing under the FHA, USDA, VA and Conventional Loan Programs. My experience in the mortgage industry goes back 15 years starting out in a credit union, then moved to retail mortgage business and lastly joining the Mortgage Broker World in 2015 which includes being a Branch Manager. I came to the United States from Germany in 1997 as an Air Force Wife and I am very proud to be a Licensed Independent Mortgage Broker, helping others achieve the American Dream of owning a home.

Being fluent in English and German helps me in my communication skills. Customer Service is my top priority, my customers and referral partners always know how to reach me. Through education and consultation, my customers can make the best decision of which program will be the right mortgage for them and sets them up for the future. I would describe myself as a person who goes beyond and above.
I am often described as a problem solver.

When I am not working, my most enjoyable hobby is flower gardening. I am also a big lover of the feline whisker kind, and my little herd keeps me on my toes.
